This is totally his father's decision. I wouldn't be surprised if there were some promises made to select Januzaj for the WC. With Benteke out that changes things for their front line, and they have no striker with any experience behind Lukaku. I imagine Jelle Vossen will probably go to the WC, but there are spots available for Januzaj.
