You are a little off target here dude. No one is advertising for 2500 laborers in foriegn markets. The contractors for these projects already have their crews of experianced people who may or may not be US citizens, most of the labor will not be. No business is going to train a workforce to build one facility. These workers are there for the construction only, not the future staffing. The premise that this is bad for any SW LA community is a double dose of stupid.
