absolutely. there will be plenty to go around.
Offshore, inshore, Gulf Coast, West Texas, North Dakota, there is plenty of work in the pipeline right now. anyone that wants a job will have no problem finding one

I am in the finance industry in LC. Anyone that cannot fathom the huge economic impact this will have on SWLA needs a freaking lesson in fundamental economics. All this crap about them strictly shipping in foreigners is BS. If you want a job i promise you that you could find one over here.
Example: Sasol has spent hundreds of millions of dollars purchasing property in Westlake and surrounding areas. Ok so what do those people go and do? Buy other property, start a business (which hire people), etc. Not to mention a portion of these people are low to moderate income so they spend it rapidly. So basically Sasol has injected millions of dollars in the economy without hiring a single worker. Things like this are what people forget about.
