It all depends on how Seattle got that NBA team.
They wouldnt let them start a new franchise because the NBA would have 31 teams and uneven amount in each conference. Either a team would move there, or they would start 2 new franchises, 1 in each conference.
And, typically dont they do an entire conference realignment?

Would hope they would add Seattle and do away with conferences and call it a day

If they moved Milwaukee to Seattle, maybe we would go eastbound
