Do guys that are 10+ years older than their GF go out with her and her friends? I can't imagine being 40 and going to a bar with a group of 25 year old girls and guys. I think it would be a lot easier for the girl to hang out with you and your older friends but you can't do this all the time.

Yea its tough but i somehow find a way to overcome my disliking of 25 ur old chicks
