Too bad politics can't be like sports. A coach comes to practice on Monday and tells the team "we're going to work on the bad things in hopes in not doing it again so we will get better". In politics it's "let's promote the good things going on and not put emphasis on the bad things that are dragging us down".

The numbers will obviously increase a little bit being its only been 3 weeks since then end of enrollment...
Do people have the option to pay their first premium at the time they signup or do they have to wait? If they have to wait, then I understand the number being that low, however if people can pay immediately, it doesn't bode well.
