I have actually watched a fair number of Rockets games this year. With that being said, there is a difference between being able to hit big shots and becoming a consistent 2nd scoring option.
That Halfcourt offense revolves around Harden and if he has 2-3 more shooting nights like last, Houston won't win.
Lin and Parsons both have the ability to go on tears and put points on the board. They aren't the caliber of player as Lillard is though

Lin drives me nuts with his drives then pass outs.

All the experts come out after one loss. 
The team wins 55 games and they lose ONE playoff game and all of a sudden Howard sucks on D and they don't have enough firepower on offense to win.
