just try heading up (431 i think..or hwy 6?) at 7:45am during the week ONCE and you'll quickly decide this is a terrible idea.
i65 traffic that far down is awful and until they expand the alternate road, living down there is going to be hell for commuting.

Oh, I completely agree about the traffic. But it will be tough to find anywhere "decent"in Williamson County for that price point outside of that area. Franklin and Brentwood are crazy expensive right now.
There are tons of other options available for that price point, as long as you don't mind a long commute to Cool Springs for work. I have a co-worker that commutes from Mt. Juliet to Cool Springs (close to an hour with traffic), but his house is big and very nice; and affordable.
