that smoked salmon dish looks gangster
Let me just say I could have kept eating it if there was more. It was perfect.
And your food looked incredible, Rohan. Lamb t-bones

I've only been to Martinique once and found it pretty mediocre, but I think that really had to do with the poor service. The food as I recall was pretty quality. My boy O brah has been a few times and really enjoys it and his is an opinion I respect. Poached eggs over crawfish cakes isn't my bag, but I can appreciate a well-executed dish even if it's something that I don't particularly enjoy. Looks like a superb meal y'all had.

I'm blessed to be good friends with a really solid local chef who occasionally takes over my kitchen and puts together a great meal for his wife and myself and my girl. Weather, food, drinks and company couldn't have been more perfect today.
