Is there a reason that the American pizza boxes were front and center and open when one of the other countries had one tucked in the corner closed and not immediately identifiable at a quick glance?

For all the crap the US gets, if anyone has ever been to the UK they'll know their diet is just as bad if not worse. It's disgusting what those people eat.
Now Turkish food, on the other hand, is incredible. It's Greek food on steroids.
