They tried to set it up differently last year. But there were still some walkers.

once you get into the street among the other runners, i's not hard to make your way to the front.. i just don't see why people do that.

I'm excited to do it. I've really worked hard this spring. Lost 30 lbs since Jan 1.
I did 10K last Friday in 1:14:30, about 3 mins faster than my best time and the first time I had run in almost 2 weeks because of a sinus infection. I'm hoping I'll be a little more pumped on race day and can go for a better time.
