Seems to be like there's old money there. I see some big old homes there. Not sure what they're worth.

They are worth a lot, I just don't know who will buy them once the current owners pass. Old money nshit

Not as much as they should
Been involved with a few big houses that were bought and sold. Put those houses anywhere near Lafayette and they'd get 3 times or more the value.
