Seems to be like there's old money there. I see some big old homes there. Not sure what they're worth.

I loved growing up in Franklin. It was still lively in the mid to late 90's. I would move back today if there were more good paying jobs in the area.

Not many people will admit to that.

Some of the people I've met from Franklin that now live in NOLA are very cliquish

shite it was nice in the 90s. Gone down hill fast over the last 10 years for sure. My wife and I talked about moving back but quickly changes our mind.

Honestly it was a nice place to live up until the late 90's in my opinion. The problem is, there are no jobs to keep anyone living around there. All of our generation have moved out of town to where the money is. All that's left there is old old money and some of our age groups. Very small number of them. The schools aren't anything to brag about either. I am biased of course cause I don't think the school I am talking about has been the same for years. West st Mary was a mistake and has killed franklin high. I can't speak for St. John. I would live there but jobs keep me where I am.
I still like franklin though, so many memories.

That's not unique to Franklin, but yes some can be.

So many memories. I passed by the double jumps the other day on my way to the camp. All I could do is smile and shake my head.

I think I'd consider living there if I didn't have to deal with the ghosts

Night shift, holding it down over here.

Could have used him the past few years. The intensity isn't what it use to be around here.
