Link to crime? Since when is kicking anyone in the fricking head ok? It's a criminal assault, like it or not.
So guys who are in the wrong place during a parade can get kicked in the head by a police officer from behind?
Guy will be fired and the suit will be settled and the train company will pay if the kid pursues charges. Don't be a dumb arse and argue differently.
