I hate to interrupt the pissing match here but I've got a question.
How do e-cigarettes work? I use to smoke regular cigarettes but quite years ago before these things were ever thought of.

You have a battery that has a terminal at one end that connects to a tank. The tank holds the juice and contains at least 1 "wick" that delivers the juice to an atomizer chamber, which is the part that comes in contact with the battery terminal. You press a button (or just pull on those shitty disposable ones) to get the atomizer heated up which vaporizes the juice and you simply inhale.
