Do any of you monitor your BP on a daily basis? If so, what monitor do you use? I had one from Wal Greens and then got another one from the apple store. However, one, or maybe both, aren't accurate as I have taken multiple readings of a 2 week period, using one monitor followed by an immediate follow up reading using the other monitor and all the readings are usually off by 10 on the systolic reading.

I do monitor it but not on a daily basis like I should. I tend to check it when im not feeling good to see where my numbers are. I use one u strap on your wrist, I believe its walgreens brand but not sure exactly who makes it. Ive checked it that way and had my wife check it manually with her cuff and the numbers do vary but they not far off.
