Cortana Mall was the primary shopping center in Baton Rouge for almost 30 years.
The Mall of Louisiana is 20 years old now but a large addition of it is relatively new. It's a prime location that is still a growing and thriving area.
I don't see it falling to the waste side anytime soon.

Because the Mall of Louisiana is located with easy access to both of those interstates, it will have a much longer lifespan.
