Did you not see Shazier's combine and pro day numbers? Athleticism wise he is up there with Barr. Scheme wise, techniques, intangibles, and every other category he's miles past Barr. Also he has the speed and coverage ability to run with wideouts. If we are taking a LB and its not Mosley it better be Shazier

Honestly tell me how many games of Shazier's you've watched. If you think Shazier is even in the same realm as Barr you should stop following football. I'll make any bet you can possibly come up with that Barr has a better career than Shazier.

All you have to do to learn about Shazier is go to youtube and type in "Clemson Orange Bowl Highlights". You will literally see Clemson targeting and exploiting Shazier. College teams aren't supposed to scheme into your first round pick, they should scheme away from him. Clemson made him look like a blind cripple.

In nearly every clip you will see him catching blocks 4-5 yards downfield and making tackles at the safety level. You'll see him mis-stepping nearly every play and borderline abandoning all semblance of gap integrity. You'll also see him getting run over by Sammy Watkins a couple of times. Yea, the same Sammy who is a fvcking WR.

Shazier doesn't play downhill. He doesn't attack blockers. He doesn't do anything better than Barr. It's laughable to suggest they are even remotely comparable. If you like Shazier, I promise you've never watched his game film.

Shazier is so bad.

Getting block down field the whole game huh? I count one time when he was blocked by someone pulling which led to Boyds run. And a missed tackle on Watkins , but who wouldn't miss on the best wideout in the draft. Shazier was in on almost every play making big hits dude. Clemson obviously scheme this game to take Shazier out by sending a tackle or guard at him almost every play, but he still managed to get tackles. Also is playing at ILB in 4-2-5 . He's going to be on the edge in 3-4 which is where he is better suited. I know Ryan runs the 4-2-5 quite a bit , but Thats another advantage for Shazier. Barr is raw athleticism and he's going to have to develop. He very well could have a better career based on sacks , but all around better player Shazier has him beat
