re: How can I learn to drive stick today?

I "test drove" a new Camaro several years ago when they first came out. I knew how to drive manual, but the salesman seemed very determined for me to ruin the transmission. After running 50+ in 2nd a few times, he finally told me it was time to head back to the dealership.

Most of that probably had to do with me having no intention to buy, but I really was interested in seeing what the new cars could do.
