I just can't imagine him crying at the sight of Tywin and running out the room or being placated by a cat named Ser Pounce.
I am also interested to know if they recast Robert Arryn because that little sucker (poor pun intended) is probably too old now.
I don't understand the Re-cast. I thought the point was that Margaery was betrothed to such a young king only to placate her and the Tyrell ambitions. Tommen isn't supposed to be of the age of wanting a woman or a wife. I mean if I was even 12 and the king, I would want some. (I think kids these days start wanting the opposite sex even younger)
(an article on the recasting and how almost no-one is talking about it)
So in two years when we are caught up Tommen is going to be the age to be able to consummate the marriage. (I think the rule of marriage is only based on the woman's first period)
This may make some serious changes to the plot of the shows vs the books. I don't think in the books you will ever have that marriage finalized, yet i would think in the next four seasons it would have to be on the show, as the kid's 15.
15 is much too old for Tommen and I really do not like the change at all.
The point of his betrothal to Margery was that it was so odd, and obviously only done to placate the Tyrells.
Though we do wait on her to be judged, that is still a ways away. If I was 16 and king and married to that... I would be consummating.
I hate that Tommen is no longer a little kid, who is naive and innocent.

Yeah, I'm a little concerned about the actor being 15. Tommen won't die until season 6 or 7 (assuming he does die)...which would make the actor around 18 by the time his part is done--that definitely seems old to me; and Jack Gleeson was 17/18 when they filmed the pilot and season 1, but he still looked young as Joffrey and he was 21/22 when he filmed his footage for this season. Not much of an age difference there between the eldest and youngest child. I wonder if they're going to use the same actress for Myrcella next season--Oberyn mentioned her being in Dorne last episode, so that Darkstar storyline has to come into play in S5.
