Just my two cents, but i think allowing people to have 3-4 picks each makes the most sense
That way, there is a lesser likelihood we are waiting around on people.

I like the idea of a consensus pick for the Saints. When their pick comes up, I will start a second thread and allow 10 minutes of voting on a selection of available candidates. Let's say the 5 most likely to be selected.
