That can occur with just about any diet as long as they are getting a proper balance of nutrients. You honestly think that it was strictly eating paleo or eating better in general contributed to those results? I also know some of those conditions are from genetic abnormalities and no diet is going to cure those issues but it doesn't stop low-info types from making the claims in absence of solid empirical evidence. It's a fad diet no matter how much you like it.
