I just find them terribly monotonous
a beat-em-up game, that has to be a beat-em-up game, because the main character... beats people up with his fist.. and tools.. is monotonous, yup, maybe the genre just isn't for you?

clunky
it has it's points in asylum.. but city really fixed most of the combat issues

run down hallway, fight an area full of enemies that take forever to kill, swing around like a monkey
oh.. are we talking about asylum, or city?!.. or origins, I'm so confused!

The stealth sections of the game are all horrible and the last two games in the series of the most pointless open world in all of gaming.
eh, they have their downsides, but I personally loved gliding through the open worlds..

I knew you would be here soon.
I enjoyed the first two quite a bit. They are perfect games for trophy hunters like me, so maybe that is why I liked them.
Every game gets repetitive. The key is masking that repetitiveness as much as possible. The Batman games do that pretty well IMO.

Not being able to fly down from the tallest building in City was a crock of shite.
