You might be surprised... I think that will depend upon your skill level tho.

There is a marketing research firm right by my main office, I will probably do 5-10 studies in a given year that usually pay $100+ each. This isn't reliable or consistent but it is a no brainer when they ask me to participate.

There are all kinds of kickball/softball/intramural leagues out there that always need refs and people like that...

Uber/Lyft will be the best option if you are looking for a consistent deal that offers decent wages.
