used to be a much bigger problem than it is now, they are making these things much brighter now

90% of tv and movie watching is done at night anyway (sports is the exception)

My proj is in a room with a full wall of windows and it looks amazing (granted, my budget was bigger)

I like projectors, but even at 5000 lumens I find the picture doesn't cut it unless you darken the room.

As for the Vizio, not bad, but you can get a Vizio M series 70 inch for just a few hundred bucks more and it's one of the best TVs on the market (actually beats out Samsung pretty consistently for picture quality).

The important thing is that you liked it enough to post about it, so that's a good thing.
