I am not sure what kind of policy's people around here have, but that is not far off from a BCBS cadillac plan prior to the ACA.
We have 2 options with my employer.
1. Single plan - 462.00
2. Family plan - 1100.00
Both plans are a 350.00 deductible and 100% after that.
The new plans just rape you on out of pocket and deductibles.
