Another one. Wow

Think of it this way - if it were not a crime to kill bald eagles, would you shoot one for target practice? Most people wouldn't because there is a certain level of respect for something so graceful and awe-inspiring. But you probably wouldn't think twice about shooting a buzzard. Any animal that has lived for 50-100 years on this Earth has earned his place.

Exactly. The chances of an animal getting to that stage in its life is pretty slim and impressive. He has probably been around since before WWI, I wouldn't be shooting him just to post a picture and make a soup, same thing for big gators.

Then again I think for the most part the human species sucks, Ill take the animals. I just enjoy nature, Ive prob gone hunting more times than not knowing that I am not going to kill or see much yet I still jump at every chance I get. A day spent in nature is better than one spent with most other humans if you ask me.

The amount of don't make sense in the above is truly astounding. Neither of the above are game animals, and no one to my knowledge eats them. How does living long relate to bald eagle vs buzzard? You realize people eat turtles, right? And that they are not protected?
