Pretty sure BR is right there with us in all of these categories, and I believe worse when it comes to AIDS. Doesn't BR have the #1 highest AIDS cases per capita in the country?

Yep...You can't walk into Applebees or Walk On's without running into at least 15 people who have AIDs in BR
