Though, I tend to joke around, that wasn't a joke. I had it on tap Friday night and didn't find it very boozy at all. The coffee was a bit subdued. Even my wife who hates boozy beers enjoyed it. Maybe we had an off keg, because I remember it being boozy in the past.

That said, I'd take Prairie Bomb over KBS all day.

I ended up with two four packs of KBS and passed on an opportunity to grab more today. So many good BA stouts now that KBS doesnt hold the same luster as it did. I'll probably store 1-2 bottles for aging and use the others for trade or as extras.

Agree with this assessment. I've never found KBS to be boozy.

Can't argue with that. Although, I'm a sucker for a little spice in a stout.
