This may be a stupid amateur question, but how do you boil Snowcrab ala crawfish? I want to do this soon, but I'm afraid to overcook them since they come already steamed. My guess is bring the seasoned water to boil, cook all fillers, cut the fire and then throw crabs into water to soak for 15 mins. What say you?

You got it Midget, not much to it. Season the water about like you would for a sack of bugs.
