Well, the "product" part at least. Take that out and replace it with "organization" or "company." Some people don't want to do business with a company that they don't agree with politically or socially. They're free to make that choice. If a company feels that they need to get rid of someone who is hurting their image because of his/her beliefs, that's their prerogative.
Let the market (i.e., buyers and sellers) figure it out. If Mozilla fricked up by firing this guy, they'll know soon enough.
