I hear this alot from my small business owner friends, especially in construction.

Any legal resident in this area of the country with half a brain and a little desire to work can make decent money in oil and gas. The lowest end of the job market needs just can't find anyone to work.
As sad as it is, I would almost rather see fast food restaurants hire illegals in some form so maybe they can pay some taxes and social security.
