This is going to sound terrible, but it is what it is.
I went to a private school from K-6. I once made a bad grade and my former step dad threatened to send me to school with the black kids becuse I was wasting his money.
Former step dad for some obvious reasons. I still laugh at how ridiculous that was.

I used to tell my little one that chupacabra would get him.
Also have threatened with public school, the big plastic soup spoon, soap, etc.
My favorite is to make one of them the slave to whoever that one is being mean to. For one hour.
