If you're elderly, and especially if you're poor, you need to be penalized. It would do those groups some good. Tough love.
Cut taxes on the rich and raise them for the poor, it's the American way and always has been.

Yeah, my grandmother gets $1100 a month for social security and free medical care. She gets everything handed to her. greatest generation my arse.

Uh...no. We've had a progressive income tax structure for 70 years or so.
