Pell grants and student loans should definitely be cut. They're driving up the cost of tuition.
Id be fine with offering targeted loans and grants for professions we are short on....like engineering. For Art History, not so much.

As long as you can still roll your eyes and claim it's a "waste of time" for any pol that proposes to cut them, it's all cool, right?
