Yes, we sucked on offense for the last two weeks but guess what, we still won 2 of 3 against UGA and probably could have won the third won if no travel restrictions.

Takeaways
This is our best pitching staff in the past four seasons. Lowest ERA through 29 games of the previous 4 years.
Our hitting is down and is probably the lowest it has been in a long time by this time of the season but guess what...we can bounce back from it. Most of those teams went through the slump AFTER this point in the year.

They might be young but Poche is more polished than Eades was as a Freshmen. Bugg is going to be a beast in the pen. Broussard is Broussard. Nola will Nola.

True but I still think Nola is better than Gausman and will end up being a better pro.
Not to mention, Poche might end up being a ridiculous three year starter. Just saying

Freshman Poche' cant touch freshman Nola

No he can't but he is also still a pretty good lefty.
And overall pitching staff, we have a better one this season

I disagree but keep firing up the troops.

Plenty of baseball to be played.

Great stats! The post is much appreciated. Its good to se we are right in line with the past four seasons. We didn't realize how good we were last year until this year. Should have won it all...

Well maybe they just aren't as good at this point as those squads. Doesn't matter I will still be pulling for em.

Well yea but its hard to say this pitching staff is better than a staff that had 2 top 10 picks and a 2nd rounder.

Cotton was great in 13 but was he good in 12?
Same with Rumbelow
Joey B
and Goody.
note: I think the 2012 staff was better I'm just trying to play it out.
