Newsflash parents of little girls: they're going to have a penis in them. The only thing you can do is to raise her to respect herself enough to where it's safe and responsible.

No shite Sherlock. The girl in the article is a grade a hooch. That being said, the boy in this story took a risk that went badly.
The point that you're missing is the father reacted as nearly every father would. The boy knew what was coming if he got caught. The boy's mom should be punishing him as her Dad should be the girl. The boy's mom shouldn't be pressing charges.
I can't imagine being in the father's position and sitting and having a chat over Coco.
