Lantana looks very nice, and yet the prices cover a wide range. This is something you don't see in LA.
I was looking at listings in Stonebridge Ranch in McKinney. Apparently that development includes like 72 neighborhoods and a ton of amenities.
In LA we gripe about the lack of planning, but when parts of TX do these "master-planned communities" we sneer and call them cookie cutter. I think a little planning would be a welcome change.
