What never happened before in human history?
"poor" people being fat. You're a smart guy, ST, it wasn't that hard to comprehend.

Our food system and demand is to blame for starving people all of the world.
Huh? Poverty world wide is DECREASING and has been doing so at an amazing rate.

The problem with making explanations is they require a lot of effort..... That kind of dialogue doesn't work in this setting and giving of the effort needed to attempt it isn't usually worth it.
If you truly believe that, then what are you doing here?

Being fat is not a determination of health.
And cultures of human beings have kept themselves well fed, some with great abundance before capitalism.

This is a flawed stat.
For example, right now you can buy full estates in rural Spain for nothing. These are plots of land that families farmed for centuries. These little communities had to come into the city to find low income work during the financial collapse in 08. Now they're no longer considered impoverished because they make more than $2 a day, but now they pay for their food and housing, which before was provided by their land.
This is a mini shot example of how people have been taken from their rural land which provided the basic necessities of life to a city job that pays low but enough to no longer be considered impoverished.
This has happened over and over again the last century. That is why poverty is going down.
