I'm not a big fan of Pot Culture. I pretty much rejected it by age 15 after much stonage. To me, it's like Swinger Culture-it tends to be flaky and cheesy and loaded with losers posing as heroes. It may be a step forward for personal freedom, I have favored it's legalization since the 1980's when William F. Buckley persuaded me, and all my stoner friends shamed me.

All this with a bottle of GlenLevit 12 in your sig. Not ironic to you at all (rhetorical)? Hell, you could have been describing the people at most wine tastings, if not for the direct reference to "stonage". A vice is a vice, albeit weed, wine, or liquor. They are ALL crutches, as you previously stated, when abused. And all ok with responsible, moderate use. I understand that stereotypes are born of truth in most cases. So you generalizing stoners based on your own experience is normal. My personal experiences with alcoholics are tendencies of violence, infidelity, and self destruction. But I'm not short sighted enough to braodly classify all drinkers as such.

We talking about weed, scotch, or any mind altering substance in general? And why the differentiation?
