I picked United to watch when I was a little kid because I loved playing with them on FIFA and my dad had a couple of their old jerseys. I'll be the first to admit I didn't have some lofty aspirations for picking United, but I was also in the second grade. I have developed a deep connection with my club after all these years, but, yes, I was an elementary school bandwagoner and IDGAF.

I understand that and respect that. But being that we are thousands of miles away, that's the closest connection one could have. Outside of a family connection or something similar, which is rare.
