Can be a fairly lengthy and involved surgery, if required. A lot of neurosurgeons don't do it because of this.
Nanda, in Shreveport used to specialize in that surgery.
Good technician. Didn't care for his bedside manner

Probably too smart to have good bedside manner- a lot of neuro docs are.

That being said, I know someone that had a benign brain tumor that had surgery and it took away all motor skills- his mind w as still sharp but he couldn't walk or speak. I'd probably just watch it and see before I rushed into surgery
