I am certain the article is more correct than you can seem to comprehend.


It didn't count every recipient to make the numbers seem more daunting like you & others like to use to villainize poor families. It says Households not each individual person who is on the program any given year.


In order to receive that whopping $192 per family you must have a family of at least 3 or more & earn less than $30,000 to get the 5 years of LIFETIME benefits.

The article is correct (on average) & if you count every family that moved on or off the program during the year it's probably varies from quarter to quarter ,but still only a few thousand (way less than 900k or even 19,000k that has been claimed)




I knew the knuckleheads would come running with EBT since the photo has an EBT card. You can not use Food stamps(EBT) to buy lingerie , clothes,etc...anyway (unless you barter).


Welfare(TANF ) is a small CASH supplement of $192 per household(not individual).
