re: How did you stop dipping??

After 25 years plus, and quitting hundreds of times, I used Welbutrin (sp?) Did pretty well, started back for the hell of it after about six months.

Couple of years later I took a dip and it really didn't taste that good. I spit it out, threw the rest in the garbage. That was over four years ago, I still think about it and even dream about it but the urge just isn't there.
