For a combo ratcheting wrench set you can't go wrong with "Gearwrench" brand.
Some of the better less expensive brands out there are Kobalt from Lowes and Husky from Home Depot.
I have a set of Snap-on tools for home use, and a small hodge podge of Husky and Kobalt tools I keep in my truck. I wouldn't waste your money on Harbor Freight.
