See, that's better information than the people who automatically believe that a test of some kind may have actually taken place at a test site of all places.

God forbit that someone may actually believe that an explosion of some type may have actually occurred at a missile range. That's just absurd!

Seriously, I appreciate you looking into it. A microburst is a believable explanation...far better than "oh, it's just a dust cloud".
