Simazine (pre-emergent) in late fall will keep it away. Now, use your MSMA at 48oz/acre. Metsulfuron may work as well, but I'd read all labels to be sure.
Even when I use MSMA for spot-treatments, its usually adds up to 10-15000 sq feet. In a two gallon sprayer, calibrating it correctly will be very important to getting your dilution to be strong enough to kill the poa without stunting the Bermuda.
