I haven't had a carb since 2001, but I do remember the crunch of salt between your teeth when they come right out of the fry bin being pretty awesome.

Properly salted and fresh, they are hard to beat. Easily the best fast food fry.
Sure the seasoned battered fries from Rallys are good but I prefer McD's.
Heck, without those fries, the chain wouldn't exist because everything else is total garbage and the service is turrible.
Worst shake service in the industry. Dang shake technicians must always be on strike.
