this is honestly a case of I hope a team like houston, cleveland, oakland, etc. don't take a QB with their 1st.
Ideally, they would trade back into the late 1st (us) and grab someone like Carr, give us their 2nd + something else and it'd be high enough to grab matthews before a team like detroit, st. louis, tampa, etc. can grab him.
