I've hallucinated shite that didn't even make any sense. all while laughing hysterically and trying to "explain" what I was seeing by using a made up language of jibberish.

It's energy from your mind or 3rd eye chakra. Related also to the pineal gland deep in your brain. It's like static created at the interface of consciousness and the brain. Definitely amps up exponentially while under the influence of DMT,LSD,mushrooms and strong bud.
